At Best Home Product Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process. Please read our return policy below for more details.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items such as custom orders, personalized items, and clearance sale products are non-returnable. Please review the product description for any exceptions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@besthomeproductstore.com or call us at +1 773-232-2808. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. To ensure that your return reaches us safely, please ship the item with a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.

4. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after it’s been issued.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@besthomeproductstore.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will provide you with a return label and either send you a replacement item or process a full refund.
